In recognition of International Women’s Day 2026 - a global milestone celebrating and championing the rights, liberty and quality of life for women. OLIC (Thailand) Limited, a subsidiary of Fuji Pharma Co., Ltd. - Japan's leading pioneer in women's healthcare has reaffirmed its corporate mission toward sustainable health well-being by hosting the official launch of its landmark campaign “STOP HER PAIN – Understanding Hormones, Understanding Women.”
Held at Siam Square Block I alongside Thailand's foremost healthcare networks and strategic partners, the campaign aims to ignite public awareness regarding Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain), a deeply pervasive issue affecting countless Thai women that remains widely dismissed or misunderstood. This campaign shifts public perception, encouraging women to understand their hormonal health and bodily mechanisms while advocating for proper medical care, ensuring that silent pain never compromises their quality of life.
Mr. Takefumi Sagara, Managing Director of OLIC (Thailand) Limited., revealed that women’s health is the ultimate foundation of societal development, particularly in Thailand where women comprise more than half of the population. The “STOP HER PAIN - Understanding Hormones, Understanding Women” campaign operates under the broader initiative "Be with HER - Empowering Her Health Decisions" established to elevate public health literacy and create seamless pathways to proper medical care, allowing women to overcome the physical, emotional and relational burdens of menstrual pain so they can live with absolute confidence.
The grand opening was also honored by the presence of Mr. Yosuke Kobayashi, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan to Thailand. Together with Mr. Takefumi Sagara and an elite panel of national health experts who shared comprehensive medical insights and visions. A Massive, Overlooked Crisis: Medical data reveals that over 70–80% of reproductive-aged women worldwide experience dysmenorrhea, heavily disrupting their professional and personal lives. Yet, society frequently mislabels this debilitating pain as something women must simply endure.

Expert Medical Symposium: A gathering of the nation's top gynecologists sharing clinical insights on dysmenorrhea and uterine fibroids (Myoma Uteri).
Short Film Premiere & Talk Session: The debut of an emotionally resonant short film illustrating how menstrual pain silently strains relationships, followed by a special talk session, "Next Stop: The Bridge Over Broken Relationships". The segment featured beloved media figure "Na Nake" Ket-saepsawad Palakawong Na Ayutthaya representing the male perspective, alongside reproductive medicine expert - Dr. Olarik Musigavong and popular actresses - Kao Supassra and Janye Methika, who openly shared their personal health journeys.
Immersive Interactive Zones: Engaging public activations including an educational zone on hormonal science, interactive myth-busting games, and a solidarity Message Wall to send words of encouragement to women nationwide.
